Girls make their way up the Stairway of the Stars achievement program as they complete units in the four worlds: The World of Truth (basic Christian doctrine), The World Around You (missions), The World About You (activities), and The World Within You (character development). Memorization, projects, and Bible reading are all a part of completing the achievement program as an Honor Star. Four-week units are supplemented with projects and Adventures.

To become and Honor Star you must complete all the requirements for each STAR step. This takes about 3 years to complete. They must take and pass a test on the 27 memory verses of the units completed during the 3 years in STARS. They must know the books of the Bible--Old and New Testament--in order and spelled correctly. They had to memorize the Statement of Faith (16 fundamental truths of the Assemblies of God). They read the entire New Testament. They had to find 10 main events in the Life of Christ, as found in the Gospels. They had to know the answers with scripture reference to back up questions concerning the End Times, Healing & the Holy Spirit. As well as the ABC's of Salvation to lead others to Christ. They kept a one-month prayer journal and wrote an essay on Philippians 4:8.
The Tuscaloosa First Assembly of God family, and the families of each girl is very proud to present them.
